About me
When I started studying languages and cultures to become a translator, I was committed to ensuring that we could communicate better to understand each other and move forward together.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to study and work in 6 different countries. My background includes various roles as recruitment expert and human resources manager in Europe for SMEs (Thorman Hunt, DLA, Glotel), public-private partnership (AMSCO) and large corporation (Nike). In 2008, I joined higher education at Audencia, a top ranked business school based in Nantes, as an international careers consultant for students and alumni. In 2018, I trained as a certified executive coach for individuals and teams with International Mozaik.
Over the last 5 years, I gave lectures in communication, leadership, change management, professional and personal development to professionals participating in executive education programmes. I also led self-awareness workshops.
As Director of the MBA and Executive MBA programmes, I piloted the consulting assignment modules and supported students in their strategic project proposals.
After all these years in corporate and higher education, I decided to set up my own structure to be able to work with a wider audience.
